I attended the Beauty Way Retreat in Ibiza in October. I was a tired working mom and booked it because I needed to take some time out for me. I was intrigued about the ceremonial part of it but mainly I wnet because the whole schedule of activities and food appealed to me. I wasn't really looking for answers I just wanted to enjoy everything the retreat had to offer.
However the retreat gave me so much more than I expected. My journey with Nova was delightful and I went all in for what she had to offer. I came home feeling clear, grateful and more open minded. Nova held the space really well for the group as everyone wanted different things from the retreat. We had a lovely group and made wonderful memories. I would like to book againfor next October.

It was very much out of my comfort zone, leaving my home in Ibiza to stay 15 minutes down the road on my first ever retreat. However, it did not dissapoint, and was more amazing than I could have imagined. The fact that this was a woman only retreat made me feel safe and the deep healing and love from our goddess Nova Shoshana was something I will always cherish. I have learnt so much from this experience, and it's made me realise that my life and feelings matter too. Thank you fro the journey and lessons...still so much to learn but the future is bright!
I found Nova and Advance through a friend on Instagram but honestly I feel my journey to her has been life long and everything was perfectly placed for me to reach this wonderful week in my life. Ibiza, a beautiful finca, incredible private chef, serene settings, a trusted group of like minded people all curated by the wonderful Nova. The stage was set for a magical week.
I came in my own from London with one intention, to feel less afraid of life and I left with a new sense of courage, understanding, that I am supported, and desire to step in my full self. For the first time in years I felt hopefull. All the work we did, in our special place showed me I wasn't scared of life, but rather, was scared of myself, of how great life can and will be.
The week was tough, beautiful, delicious.There were tears, laughters, growth, and bliss. I met hte most incredible and inspiring women and i walked away knowing that deep down I am one.
Nova is my spiritual sou guru, a genius and in many ways a prophet spreading the message that we are divine, life is and can always be a fuck yes and guiding us to advance through our own journey to greatness, This is no ordinary retreat. Do it!
I believe it's crucial to make the relationship you have with yourself a priority in life. But the question is often "where to start?"
Nova's Beuaty Way was exactly what I needed even before I knew what I needed. Those are the best experiences. With no expectations, I booked a plane to Ibiza and when I arrived at the villa I immediately felt at at home. Nova was an amazing host 24/7. She helped me to recalim a part of myself I didn't even know I was disconnected from.
Nova's program which consists of breathwork, sound healing and other enriching practices that encourage you to explore and connect with your inner core, fostering a journey of inner harmony.
The only downer on the whole experience was the fact that it came to an end and I couldn't stay forever.
