*) The Beauty Way Retreat – Terms of Agreement
By paying the deposit for The Beauty Way Retreat, you automatically agree to the following terms and conditions:
1. Participation & Responsibility
All retreat activities are entirely voluntary and done at your own risk.
By attending, you confirm that you are participating out of your own free will and that you take full responsibility for your physical, mental, emotional, and energetic well-being throughout the retreat.
We are not liable for any injuries, losses, or damages during your participation in this retreat.

2. Deposit & Payment
The deposit is non-refundable under any circumstance.
Once the deposit is paid, you are financially committed to the full retreat investment.
The remaining amount must be paid according to the timeline provided (or payment plan, if applicable).
If you are unable to attend, you may transfer your spot to a friend, provided she is a good fit for this retreat and you notify us in time.

3. Cancellations
In the event of cancellation from your side, the full retreat fee remains due.
No refunds will be made, regardless of the reason for cancellation.
In case of force majeure or unforeseen circumstances beyond our control (e.g., natural disasters, government restrictions), we reserve the right to reschedule or adapt the retreat. Your payment will then be transferred to a future offering.

4. Health & Safety
If you have any physical or mental health conditions, it is your responsibility to inform us before the retreat.
You agree to honor your own boundaries and only participate in what feels safe and aligned for you.
Please consult with your doctor if needed before participating in any practices or plant-medicine sessions.
